We want you to love every smol piece you purchase, but if the fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in the original smol mailer or a secure box, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and ensure old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
